Survey points out problems 

An e-mail customer service survey recently conducted by Hornstein Associates* found half of all customer e-mail goes unanswered, and only 33 percent of companies that respond to customer e-mail do so within 24 hours. Does your agency have an e-mail response program and standards for quote requests and other inbound e-mailings?
