In these economic times, your customers are looking for ways to trim their household budgets, and get the best deal they can on every product and service they buy.  Why not conduct mid-year reviews for selected “A” customers, i.e loyal customers who are your best referral sources with an eye toward ways to save them money or improve their coverages at little or cost?
