Howdy Visits good sales strategy 

Here’s a simple way to help KEEP the business you have, and GET MORE.  Make Howdy Visits to customers. 

Just drop by the business. Say something like: “I’m not here to sell you anything, and I am not conducting an inspection.  Just want to let you know you’re an important customer. I want to make sure we are treating you right.” And you might do an Oh, by the Way and ask for referrals. 

You could make Howdy visits by telephone too. “You are important to me. I want to make sure we are doing the things you need, you want, you expect from us.  Tell me, how are we doing?  If you were running my business, what would you do differently?” 

One Howdy Call on one customer a day can make a major difference in retention, and contribute new customers and ideas for your agency as well!
