Mary first learned about our PRO Program personalized newsletter at an “Inside-Out” marketing seminar we did with Frank Herberg in New Jersey in the fall of 2005. Providence Mutual sponsored the seminar. The first issue of the TRI-STATE MESSENGER (Spring, 2006) included a buyer-alert feature article, “Angry Mother Nature and Your Home.” The article had suggestions for ways to provide proper protection in the event of hurricanes and/or floods. A Hurricane Safety Guide produced by Mazzeo was offered.
