E-MAIL POSTING: How many times should you mail to an email list?

We recommend that you favor mailing to your email list(s) prospects OVER and OVER. One- shot mailings may be deleted accidentally, may be inadvertently discarded to a spam folder, or may be given a cursory look. Attention-getting strategies:  Test a different Subject Line (a critical success factor to getting emails opened); try different days and times for your mailings; study opt-outs carefully to determine possible “turn-offs.”
