Susan E. Mullaney, CBC has extensive corporate marketing experience having worked with nationally-known high tech and insurance companies, prior to starting her own business.  She is an astute marketing strategist adept at helping clients develop short- and longer-term programs and campaigns.  She is the lead designer for insurance projects and directs the agency’s account service team.
Susan holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from Emerson College and an M.A. in Communications from the University of Massachusetts.  She earned the prestigious national certification as a Certified Business Communicator (CBC) from the Business Marketing Association in 1994.

Don Cookson is a former advertising director for a major life insurance company, and a leading property and casualty company. In 1980 he founded Cookson&Company (C&C), a marketing communications firm.  C&C serviced a diverse clientele of companies in the high tech, life insurance, property and casualty insurance, manufacturing and professional services fields.  In 2003, he and Susan Mullaney formed MullaneyCookson Marketing, LLC.  The firm specializes in producing a full range of marketing and sales support services for independent insurance agents and insurers.  Don leads the agency’s creative copywriting team.  He is a University of Maine alumnus.

Frank Herberg earned a regional and national reputation as one of the most astute and innovative marketing leaders in the p&c business during his tenure as vice president of sales and marketing for Worcester Insurance Company.  He developed a unique marketing action program for insurance agencies that has been widely-acclaimed.  The cornerstone of that program is his KEEP, ROUND OUT, UPGRADE, and GET MORE grid.  He is an authority on agency development and customer relations.  He offers PRO Program coaching services for agency principals and CSRs.
